# Support and Appeals

Support is handled through Discord tickets.

### Opening a Support Ticket

Include:

* Your exact Minecraft username.
* The affected server or world.
* Date and approximate time.
* A clear explanation.
* Screenshots or video.
* Relevant player names.
* Steps that reproduce a bug.

### Player Reports

Do not start a public accusation campaign. Send evidence privately through the correct ticket category.

### Punishment Appeals

An appeal should explain:

* What punishment you received.
* Why you believe it should be reviewed.
* What happened from your perspective.
* What you will do differently.

Appeals are reviewed by staff or escalated to an administrator. Staff are not required to disclose anti-cheat details, detection methods or private evidence.

### Ticket Conduct

* Do not open duplicate tickets.
* Do not contact multiple staff members for a different answer.
* Do not spam for updates.
* Remain respectful even when you disagree.
